I was born in Egypt, spent much of my childhood in the Gulf, and have lived in the United Kingdom for the past eight years. Along the way I have moved between cultures, educational systems, professions and ways of life, developing a lasting interest in exploration, adaptation and discovery.

Whether working ashore, travelling, building projects with my own hands, or pursuing a career at sea, I have always been drawn to environments that challenge me to learn, contribute and grow. Yachting brings together many of the things that have shaped my life: international teams, practical problem-solving, continuous learning and the opportunity to explore the wider world.
